Tise-Kiester Architects, a member firm of the American Institute of Architects, is an award winning architecture and planning firm offering a full range of design and documentation services. Specializing in historic restoration and adaptive re-use, our firm has developed a large and diverse portfolio of projects throughout the Southeast. Services include assistance with facility assessments, adaptive re-use evaluations, tax credit assistance, document preparation and construction observation.

In approaching every project, the first goal of Tise-Kiester Architects is to establish effective communication between all members of the Project Team. Through careful listening and an open exchange of information, we begin to understand an owner’s unique requirements and expectations. Using our expertise and experience with historic facilities, we then evaluate and prioritize this information, using it to develop a design that is appropriate in form and function.
