Demolition-By-Neglect Filing in Morehead Hill Houses

The city of Durham Planning Department issued a rare demolition-by-neglect compaint in the case of two early-20th-century houses on Jackson Avenue. The properties are contributing structures in the Morehead Hill historic district but have been unoccupied for over a year.
