Historic preservation developer David Rogers was the lead developer on the Grove Arcade rehabilitation in Asheville. He was also instrumental in the preservation of the Dunhill Hotel and Duke Mansion in Charlotte and the restoration of his church, the 225-year-old Gilead Associate Reformed Presbyterian in Huntersville.
