Queens Branch cottage, a property near Waynesville, has undergone a green restoration. The owners of the Queens Branch cottage are Asheville architect Diana Bellgowan and her husband, Charlie Wallin, and began the reconstructive work began in 2008.  The house now meets Energy Star standards and may become the first rehabilitation project in the area to qualify as a N.C. Healthy Built Home.
