| Hillsborough may take Henry to court |

Town leaders may head to court to force the owner of the Colonial Inn to pick up the pace on repairs to the 19th century building. The Town Board will decide April 12 whether to seek a fine of $100 for every day owner Francis Henry doesn't complete the required work, or to get a judge to order him to do the work.
