Historic Graham house set to be demolished |

The two-story colonial-inspired Chapel Hill home built by Edward Kidder Graham, the ninth president of the University of North Carolina, is set to be demolished in September. The Preservation Society of Chapel Hill and Preservation North Carolina are searching for a preservation-conscious buyer to bring the house to the standards of the Chapel Hill Historic District Commission and save it from demolition.
