On November 13th, the Rosenwald School History Awareness Conference took place, bringing together a panel of five alumni and faculty of the historic school. Panelists both reminisced and explained the significance of the school. Tracy Hayes presented how the National Trust for Historic Preservation's South Office helps to fund restoration. Other parties involved are Rural Initiative Project Inc. and the Historic Wilmington Foundation, which is offering advice and guidance to potential renovators . . .
