The Carolina Charter of 1663 marked the beginning of organized, representative government in the province of Carolina. Since that time, the Charter has rarely been on display. This month, in time for its 350th anniversary, you are invited to attend a program and special viewing of the Carolina Charter at the North Carolina State Capitol.
