Raleigh – Preservation Celebration at the Crabtree Jones House

Sunday September 10
11:00 am - 3:00 pm

REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS CLOSED

Join Preservation North Carolina for an exclusive first look at the newly renovated Crabtree Jones House in Raleigh!

Built in 1810, the Crabtree Jones House was moved by Preservation NC from its original site in early 2014 to save it from demolition for new development (see the time-lapse video of the move by clicking here).  This impressive and highly significant Federal-style plantation house is an old-house lovers dream.  Our wonderful buyers, Matt Hobbs and Katie O’Brien, have done a beautiful job renovating the home for their young family.  We are grateful for their efforts to save this important property and can’t wait to celebrate with them and you on September 10!

Proceeds from this event will support Preservation North Carolina’s continued preservation work to save other important places all across North Carolina, including our next major Raleigh project: the acquisition, relocation and renovation of the Hall and Graves Houses on Oberlin Road as our new Headquarters Office.

$40/person (includes one-year PNC membership) – Register by September 5
