Preservation of Wilson will be hosting a live, virtual discussion of all issues related to the challenges and rewards of buying and restoring historic properties.

The program will begin with a round table discussion with Brent Flowers, Preservation of Wilson’s interim executive director; Maggie Gregg, regional director of Preservation of North Carolina; and Monica Davis, who is renovating shotgun houses on Ash Street.

They are planning to give an overview of what’s happening with historic properties locally and across the state, including grants, loans, tax breaks and other assistance that is available to developers. Viewers will then have a chance to ask the panelists questions. This FREE event is open both to Preservation of Wilson members and interested others.
