2024 Annual Conference Lodging

HOTEL BLOCK:

To note: the conference will be held in Rocky Mount on Wednesday and Thursday (e.g. Booker T. Theater and Rocky Mount Mills) and in Tarboro Friday morning/afternoon.

1) We have a limited room block at the Hampton Inn (530 N. Winstead Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27804). Reservations may be made by calling the hotel directly at 252-937-6333 and providing the group code: PNC or by using this BOOKING LINK.

Rooms in the block are available for Wednesday and Thursday at a discounted rate of  $109 + tax per night and include:

  • Complimentary breakfast (hot/cold buffet)
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Fitness center and pool
  • Complimentary parking

Guests will need to make their individual reservations by the cut-off date of Monday, September 16. After the cut-off deadline, rates may change, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only.

2) We have a limited amount of tiny homes available for booking at River and Twine (24 E. Elm Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27804). Reservations may be made by using this BOOKING LINK.

Rooms in the block are available for Wednesday and Thursday at a discounted rate of  $107 + tax per night and include:

  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Free parking across the street

Guests will need to make their individual reservations online by the cut-off date of Sunday, September 1. After the cut-off deadline, rates may change, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only.
