FREE ENTRANCE TO GROUNDS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Historic Rosedale will celebrate Juneteenth on Saturday, June 21, 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. There will be special outdoor events including a drum circle, children’s activities, refreshments, and remembrances of African American history. Our gardens are looking especially lavish this spring. We have honey from our own bee hives for sale in the Gift Shop.
Entrance to the grounds and all special activities are FREE. (Regular house tours will be offered at 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. for standard fees.)
Although Juneteenth celebration is free, we would appreciate it if you would register online, so we have an estimate of how many people to expect:
