2019 Fall Symposium Parking

We are absolutely delighted to be in downtown Raleigh for this year’s conference! However, we want to make sure that you are as prepared as you can be to park in the best places available to you. Click here for a link to all of the decks that are in downtown Raleigh.

Other things to keep in mind:

  • On-street parking will be limited in downtown Raleigh during the day (before 5pm).
  • You are not allowed to “feed the meter” (IE stay in one spot, but keep your meter paid); you will still get a ticket.
  • Parking tickets are $20, so it is less expensive and easier to park in a deck (most charge a max of $12/day). Parking is free for attendees in the Shaw Beach Parking lot.
  • Please allow extra time to get to sessions, as parking downtown can take more time to navigate, and there is often traffic getting into and around downtown. Please be respectful of our speakers and session leaders and be on time.
